את הקפה הראשון של הבוקר היינו שותים במרפסת שלנו, ומשם היינו צופים בשוק האהוב שלנו: האנשים, הריחות, הצבעים והקולות שמילאו אותנו. בכל יום היינו יוצאים לאוניברסיטה ועוברים דרך הסימטאות היפיפיות של השוק, ובכל ערב היינו חוזרים דרכן ופוגשים את חיוכי סוף היום של הסוחרים.
מתוך כל החוויות האלה והרצון לחלוק את הקסם הזה, הקמנו את “קופסא מהשוק”. בעסק שלנו אנחנו עושים סיורי אוכל בשוק, שולחים קופסאות מתנה מהשוק לכל העולם, ומארגנים אירועי תרבות וקולנריה מקומית.
